Hosted by Chattahoochee Main Street, this community-focused running event takes place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, starting and finishing near the banks of the breathtaking Apalachicola River at River Landing Park, 269 River Landing Road, Chattahoochee, FL.
Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a first-time participant, the River Runaround 5K welcomes runners and walkers of all abilities. The mostly flat asphalt route with scenic dirt trails makes this one of the best 5K races in North Florida for all skill levels.

- 🏃 5K Race Start — 8:30 AM
- 🏆 Awards Ceremony — Approximately 9:30 AM
- 📦 Race Day Packet Pickup — 7:30 AM – 8:20 AM at River Landing
