SUMMARY:Collect Meet the Artists Reception
DESCRIPTION:The Gadsden Arts Center & Museum invites the community to its Meet the Artists reception\, held Saturday\, January 24\, 2026\, from 5:00-7:30pm in Quincy\, Florida. This evening event gives visitors the rare chance to talk directly with the artists behind the Collect Select exhibition currently on view. \n \nMeet the Artists Reception: An Evening With the Collect Select Artists\nThis artist reception Quincy FL hosts each January is more than a typical gallery opening — it’s an opportunity to ask questions about technique\, inspiration\, and process directly from the people who made the work. The Collect Select reception fills the museum’s galleries with conversation\, light refreshments\, and the chance to view\, and purchase\, original pieces before they’re gone. \n  \nGuests of all backgrounds are welcome\, whether you’re a longtime collector or simply curious about how a piece came together. Many attendees say hearing an artist describe their own work changes the way they see it entirely\, making this Gadsden Arts Center reception a memorable addition to any visit. \n \nDate\, Time\, and How to Get There\nThe reception runs from 5:00 to 7:30pm at the museum\, 13 N Madison Street\, Quincy\, FL 32351\, in the heart of the historic downtown district\, with parking and other shops nearby. Because the exhibition runs for a limited window in late January\, this evening is one of the best chances to see the full collection while the people who created it are present. \n  \nFor details\, contact Brittney Rollins at gadsdenarts.org\, (850) 627-5024\, or brittney.rollins@gadsdenarts.org. This event is part of the museum’s ongoing effort\, supported by the Gadsden County Tourist Development Council\, to connect the public with the people shaping Gadsden County’s creative community. It is a great way to round out a weekend trip to Gadsden County. Browse more things to do on the Gadsden County events calendar.

SUMMARY:Roopali Kambo: Resonance
DESCRIPTION:Roopali Kambo: Resonance is on view at the Gadsden Arts Center & Museum in Quincy\, Florida\, from December 20\, 2025\, through March 21\, 2026\, giving visitors a generous three-month window to experience this solo exhibition. \n \nInside the Resonance Art Exhibition\nRoopali Kambo: Resonance brings together a body of work exploring rhythm\, vibration\, and connection through color and form. This Resonance art exhibition offers a focused\, immersive look at a single artist’s evolving practice\, making it a strong choice for visitors who want to spend real time with the work rather than moving quickly through a group show.
