Bantam Bay & Company is based in Quincy, Florida. It is owned and operated by the LaCognata Family (Joseph, Jennifer, Nicolas and Emelia).  

We offer unique and exclusive homemade family recipes that are, hand crafted by our family to make naturally preserved foods such as jams, jellies, salad dressings, sauces, soups, fresh pasta and more. Our specialty is remarkable flavor blends that make your mouth sing! We use only the freshest produce (you will often see my family out in the fields picking our produce fresh). We make small batch preserves using seasonal fruit and vegetables.

Our products are preserved using time-honored traditional methods and we do not use any artificial ingredients or preservatives in our jars.
